About Ryan
Ryan Winkler represents District 44B, Golden Valley and St. Louis Park, in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Ryan's committee assignments include State Government Finance (Vice Chair), Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight, Finance, Local Government, Rules and Legislative Administration and State and Local Government Operations Reform, Technology and Elections.
First elected in 2006, Ryan also works as General Counsel at Nazca Solutions, Inc., a software services company.
Ryan, a native of Bemidji, Minnesota, lives in Golden Valley with his wife Jenny, and his three young sons Edward, Isaac and August. He began his education at Bemidji public schools, received a history degree from Harvard College, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
When time allows, Ryan also enjoys reading, running, hunting and hockey.
