How To Contribute
If you make a contribution(s) in 2008 to a Minnesota political party, a candidate for state office, or candidates for the Minnesota Legislature, you can get that contribution back.*
Who?
Anyone who is eligible to vote in Minnesota can apply for a refund.
How much?
The maximum refund you can receive is $50 for single persons and $100 for married couples. Just one time per year!
How do I do it?
Step 1: Contribute**
Step 2: Get Receipt
The Ryan Winkler Volunteer Committee will provide you with a contribution receipt.
Step 3: Complete Form
Fill out the Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Form included with your receipt or click here to download form immediately.
Step 4: Mail Form
Return your PCR form and receipt to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
*This refund program is not tied in any way to the state income tax form. Form PCR must be filed separately. Taxpayers can only file one claim there is no amending to the PCR.
